Is the JDM Certate LT4000-CXH cheaper than the US CERTLTG4000D-CXH?
It depends on the exchange rate. The official list prices are ¥58,600 for the Japanese LT4000-CXH (before consumption tax) and $669.99 for the US CERTLTG4000D-CXH (US MSRP). We do not convert currencies. Dividing one by the other, the Japanese list price is the lower number when one US dollar buys more than ¥87.5. These are not the same size code, so the prices are not for the same reel.
