Is the JDM Twin Power C5000XG cheaper than the US TPC5000XGFE?
It depends on the exchange rate. The official list prices are ¥56,000 for the Japanese C5000XG (before consumption tax) and $514.99 for the US TPC5000XGFE (US MSRP). We do not convert currencies. Dividing one by the other, the Japanese list price is the lower number when one US dollar buys more than ¥108.7.

Line capacity is not compared value by value: Japan rates PE line in gō (号) × metres, while the US table uses lb test × yards for a named braid, and the two cannot be converted exactly.
